This Privacy Policy applies to the Caffeine Intake Tracker mobile application and related services operated by PODI as the service provider.

Caffeine Intake Tracker is designed to help users monitor daily coffee, tea, espresso, energy drink, and other caffeinated beverage consumption. The app does not require registration, login, user accounts, or authorization.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, log, transmit, or store personal information on PODI servers when you download or use it.

• No account registration is required.
• No login credentials are created or stored by PODI.
• No personal profile is created by PODI.
• No personal data is sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to enable connectivity. PODI does not retain this technical data for tracking or profiling.

Any beverage entries or intake information used by the app are not collected by PODI and are not transmitted to PODI servers.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Access

Because PODI does not collect personal information through the Application, PODI does not share Application user data with third parties.

The Google Play Store may process certain data independently when you download or manage the Application through Google Play. That processing is governed by Google’s own policies and is outside PODI’s control.

Data Retention

PODI does not retain personal data from the normal use of Caffeine Intake Tracker because the Application does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on PODI servers.

• There is no PODI user account database for the Application.
• There are no server-side beverage logs retained by PODI.
• There are no analytics profiles or advertising profiles created by PODI from Application use.

If you voluntarily contact PODI by email, PODI may receive the information you choose to provide in that message. Such correspondence is used only to respond to your request and is not used for marketing databases or sold to third parties.

Data Deletion

Because PODI does not collect or retain personal data through normal Application use, there is no server-side personal data for PODI to delete.

If any app information exists locally on your device, you can remove it by clearing the Application data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

If you have voluntarily contacted PODI by email and want that correspondence deleted where applicable, please contact PODI using one of the emails listed below. PODI will review and handle the request in accordance with applicable law.

Opt-Out Rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device. You may also clear local app data through your device settings where available.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. PODI does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by PODI through the Application.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal. However, no technical environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If PODI receives information that you voluntarily provide by email, PODI takes reasonable steps to protect such correspondence from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting Application personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to PODI, PODI will take appropriate steps and notify affected individuals where required by applicable law.
